Registration Check-In Information:
Check in will take place at the Westin Gaslamp Hotel. The times are as follows:
Monday, August 22: from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm
Tuesday, August 23: from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm
Wednesday, August 24: from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm
Thursday, August 25: from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm
Friday, August 26: from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm
Saturday, August 27: from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm
Sunday, August 28: from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm
Icebreaker August 24: Bring your 5-day Zoo pass.
Transportation to the Safari Park will depart from in front of the westin Hotel at 1:30 pm, 2:00 pm, 4:00 pm, and 4:30 pm. Expected time travel is 1 hour so delegates registered for the 3:00 pm Caravan Safari MUST be on the 1:30 bus. Delegates registered for the 4:00 pm Caravan MUST be on the 2:00 pm bus at the latest. All other delegates will board the buses on a first come, first served basis.
The reception will begin at 5:00 pm in the Hunte Nairobi Pavilion with a welcome at 5:30 pm. Appetizers will be served and there will be a CASH bar available (cash only).
There will be several limited space tours to sign up for at the park.
Return from the park will be at 8:30 pm.
Zoo Day August 26: Bring your 5-day Zoo pass, MTS Bus pass, and your tour schedule if you signed up for any Behind The Scenes. Transportation to the Zoo will be at your own leisure using the MTS bus passes. Travel time from the hotel is 15-20 minutes. The Zoo’s operating schedule is 9:00 am until 9:00 pm.
The Zoo is providing a complimentary breakfast (8:00 am) and lunch (11:00 am).
