We will have exhibitor tables available during the conference: August 25, August 27, and August 28th. (August 24 is the icebreaker at Safari Park, August 26 is Zoo Day and delegates will be off location).
Exhibitor tables will be located in the Westin Gaslamp Quarter Hotel in a highly visible area.
There will be a limited number of tables available so be sure to reserve yours soon.
Exhibitor rates are as follows:
AAZK Members: $100
AAZK Non-members: $200
Conservation Groups: $50
- Exhibitor fee includes (1) table set up with linen for all days.
- Additional cost for power strips/cords is $15/day. There is also a 1 time electrical fee set-up of $50 per table (August 25-28).
- Costs for set-ups increase if requested the day of exhibiting, so it is recommended you pre-order any needs you may have.
The hotel also offers telephone and internet services, as well as supplies such as boxes and envelopes for a fee.
The hotel has a fee for incoming and outbound packages. Please check the exhibitor form below to see what those fees are.
